What is Door 2 Door?
Our hugely popular 'Door-2-Door' service allows you to relax in the comfort of your own home rather than waiting for taxi’s & standing at a pick up point before your coach arrives!
It is quickly becoming the ideal way to start your holiday as you get picked up from home & taken to your touring coach, and on your return our vehicle will be waiting to take you back to your home stress-free.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Please ensure that at the time of booking you let us know:
- The full address where we are to pick you up
- Postcode
- Contact telephone number
ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE
Sit back in the comfort of your home, relax and wait for one of our drivers to collect you. Using the very latest in satellite navigation systems our drivers can pinpoint your address from the postcode you’ve given to us, you will receive your allocated departure time approximately 10 days prior to departure.
WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP US?
Please be ready to depart when our driver arrives.
WHO TRAVELS WITH YOU?
Subject to numbers travelling, our people carrier/mini coach may have to collect passengers at other local addresses before taking you to your tour coach.
MEETING YOUR COACH
You will then be taken directly to your tour coach. On many occasions we have planned only one coach departing and returning at any one time.
NOTICES & RESTRICTIONS
- We can only pick up from addresses within the specified postcode areas
- We can only offer one pick-up address per booking form. Additional home pick-ups are available on bookings for two or more passengers but are subject to a supplementary charge of £24 for each additional address given on that booking
- The Door to Door service only commences at street level and any passengers living in multi or high-rise accommodation should be prepared to meet the driver with their luggage at street level (e.g. the foyer of flats)
- Due to luggage limitations we must be made aware of any large, bulky or unusual items you intend to take with you
WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE CATCHMENT AREA?
- Passengers living over 10 mile away from our pick up point who wish to be collected from home please call our reservations staff on 01670 519952 for a quote
- If Door 2 Door booking is made and the wrong mileage category is selected, we reserve the right to amend and apply the correct charge up to and including the departure date
